I have been working with Rug Art for several years. I specify them practically for every project. Their rugs are the highest quality and the designs are unique because they are conceived by the eyes of an artist. They are simply beautiful and the wow factor of a space! I also want to add that they are true professionals and work with you on every detail. Rug Art is my favorite!

I have bought 4 custom rugs from this company in last 16 months. The quality and price have been excellent for this type of product. The final product matched the strike offs 100% which is such a relief for a designer. I have other companies where this has not been the case and it is such a problem. That is why I keep coming back to Rug Art. The showroom people are great at follow through and are very helpful through the design process. I enjoy going to the showroom and working with them and I trust their opinion. The rug delivery team they use were just wonderful. On time (in fact early), they lifted a heavy table with ease and placed the rug perfectly. The client was very impressed. I will always bring my clients to Rug Art also for the high level of design and styling of their rugs. We usually have a hard time narrowing it down there are so many good ones. I am so appreciative of their excellent customer service too. Highly recommend this company.

As a design professional for over 20 years, I would not hesitate to source or recommend the team at Rug-Art for any high end project. Their passion for the art of the rug is evident in the final product. These are pieces of art. Vidal is wonderful to work with and I cannot imagine his company failing to produce exactly what they promised. If you are looking for a typical area rug with a quick delivery then look elsewhere. These are meticulously made by hand and are not to be rushed. The end result is anything but typical. The rugs fold and feel more like fabric. Their understanding of how to blend different materials for a visible and tactile experience is the true sign of their expertise. Highly recommend.

I am an interior designer and have used Rug Art for a very large upscale private residential project. The client is very discerning, and has used this company in the past for multiple homes. I couldn't be more pleased with the rugs; all three rooms turned out beautifully.

I paid this company $18k for two rugs. The store in New York City made promises on how they could replicate another rug I had from another store but with right amount of wool/silk blend. The outcome of the two rugs couldn’t be more different than what I’d expected. I have one in my home and they never brought back the second one while they kept my money. I am now obliged to go to court to obtain what I have purchased. They did not remedy the situation and have kept the funding. One of the most unethical companies I have worked for, and i hope others do not experience nor take a chance on this service.
