Rug Rats

If you are buying carpet or bound rugs go to Rugrats. Although I have not met Sandy in person, she treated me like a good friend through the entire process. She asked about the room, the amount of traffic through there and about my family. In all she ordered me 25 samples and then encouraged me to literally buy the least expensive one. It was extraordinary to work with someone who put my needs before any profit. After making my choice (2 weeks before Christmas) it was too close to Christmas to be able to use her regular installer. She gave me names and made many phone calls herself until she found an installer that she knew would be able to install the carpet well. It looks amazing! I is just disappointing that she doesn't sell everything for the home!

I've ordered several custom rugs from Rug Rats. All of which turned out fabulous! I get so many compliments on them because they are unique. They will work with you to determine the best design, size, material, color, etc. For example, I cut out a curvy hallway runner pattern on craft paper, rolled it up, sent it to Rug Rats and they turned it into an awesome Sisal rug. I highly recommend Rug Rats!

The owner of Rug Rats is so easy to work with! She will bend over backwards to help you any way that she can and will always have a solution to a difficult problem!
