The company's owner (Orginally from New England) saw a need for a high quality and service orientated wood floor specialist to serve the Louisville area. We offer an aray of services to the Residential,Commercial and Home Builders through the area. We pride ourselves with every floor we do weather it be a one room refinish or an entire house of new wood flooring, After all we understand that you are making a great investment into your existing or new home. Signature goes way beyond what you would expect.. we had issues with our ceiling leaking and when a roofing company repaired it they came back out and dried the sub floor for 2 days at no extra charge not to mention the incredable job they did on out floors they matched it perfect! Thank You soo much Dean! Your truely the best!

We loved Dean and his team, not only for their quality work, but also their creativity. They came up with a wonderful way to refinish our skinny, "high school gymnasium," oaks floors so that they looked like more rustic, wider planks. We plan on using them for future projects.

Great company to work with. They resurfaced all of my hardwood that was curled and added hardwood to an ajoining room. It matched perfectly!! I was able to update my stain color as well. Very reasonable and competitively priced. Will use them again in the future.
