Danny Golden at simpleFLOORS North Hollywood cannot be praised enough for the amount of hard work and support he has shown us, at Urban Floor. He always has orders in line and has always been understanding to the way we run our business.

In terms of price, Simple Floors is wonderful and the quality is fine for our residential needs. However, I had problems with the installation and getting it finished. Once I paid in full, it was impossible to get them to return to finish. The majority was completed but I couldn't move all my furniture back until they were done and they kept not showing up or calling. The project took only 4 days longer, but they kept saying they'd be there the next day so I'd wait at home all day and they wouldn't show. I also don't feel the quality of the installation was very good as I have separation in between planks in some places and some lifting. Lastly, the project manager was not there to oversee the work. All that said, I would certainly purchase floors from Simple Floors again, but I would not use their installers or ask for better ones.

I found Simple Floors on Yelp and went to check out their show room in North Hollywood. They had a great selection. Danny, the store owner I think, was immensely attentive and helpful in helping me narrow down some samples. He gave me a material estimates on my top 2 choices and arranged to have his installer, Eugene, come to get an accurate square footage measurement for an installation estimate. Both prices were extremely reasonable and we were able to schedule our install right away with Eugene who arranged for delivery of the materials a few days before it was to be installed. Our house is an old bungalow and nothing is square and the new bamboo flooring we were putting in the living room and master bedroom had to be transitioned to several different floor levels and materials. The two guys who did the work were very precise, respectful and moved the bigger pieces of furniture as needed themselves. We all probably over optimistically thought the job could be done in 1 day, but because of some of the off measurements, it took a day and a half. Extra time I was happy to have them take. The floors look beautiful and I only wish I had just done it sooner!!

First of all, the customer Service we received from Danny was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Danny was informative and not pushy and I would definitely recommend his store to anyone interested in great quality flooring. The product we selected is better than I could have imagined and the entire experience was top notch. Look no further and make the trip to see Danny at the North Hollywood location for your flooring. We went with the Max Windsor Hickory 5 inch. A simply amazing look!

Wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing hardwood floors from Danny at Simple Floors. We found him to be extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and wants. His store has a vast selection of wood flooring and choosing a style was difficult due to the numerous samples. His prices were extremely competitive and he was willing to at least match if not better other quotes. I recommend giving this store a chance.
