bottom line first--our floors look amazing. we had three things done--wood floor refinishing, carpet redo, and new LVP floors put in bathrooms. Annie and her team are creative, thorough, flexible, listen well, and excellent communicators. a very satisfied customer.

We are extremely happy with the work that was completed in our mountain townhouse by Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design. We purchased beautiful luxury vinyl for the main living area, 100% wool carpet for the floating stairs and bedroom, and Hunter Douglas Duettes for the windows. I have worked with this company on several projects over a period of years in my condo. They are professional and easy to work with and do good work. They are helpful at suggesting design ideas. They laid slate tile in a bending staircase for us, which is not an easy task, and the craftsmanship is first rate. There have been no surprises on the bills. Also, it is not so easy to find reliable contractors in the Tahoe area, and this contractor is an exception. I will not hesitate to hire them again

The Tahoe Specialty staff was very helpful in finding the right carpet for our home and in a timely manner measured the correct amount we would need. Unfortunately, because of high demand we had to wait about six weeks for our order to be shipped, and then another short time period to get on schedule for installation. We are very happy that we chose this store to complete our remodel and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future purchases.

Specialty is a good word. We were very fussy and wanted pure wool with natural jute backing. Shaun worked hard to find us samples and we are pleased with the result, but not surprised because we have been going to Tahoe Specialty for carpets and window covers for almost two decades. Highly recommended.

The did a whole house full of blinds for us -- mostly automated; some tricky installation issues. They followed thru carefully; and when one of them was not perfect they came right back and made it so. What else can you ask for? Competent and caring professionals.

Hunter Douglas Blinds were a great upgrade for two of my bedrooms I went to the showroom on my lunch hour to look at options and materials. The design specialist Coreen came to my house to help me finalize the material and color that would work with my paint as well as provide the most light and privacy. At the same time measurements were taken for the windows Four weeks later the blinds were installed. Perfect! Thank you Tahoe Speciality Store.

My husband and I worked with Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design and couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project. They installed tile in our entryway, wood floors throughout the home, window coverings and completely gutted and remodeled two bathrooms. I was very particular with layout of the tile in each of the bathroom projects and they were not only accommodating, but gave us ideas as to configuration as well. The floor and tile installers were meticulous and the tile was installed perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Tahoe Specialty Flooring to anyone who has a small or large project.
