Great selection of high quality handmade rugs. They are knoledgable, very helpful and care more about you being happy than with making a sale. No need to shop around because the prices are fair as well.

I found Merchants of Asia online and went into their gallery showroom with a fixed budget. Amit was wonderfully knowledgeable and explained all facets of what makes a rug worth investing in. He must have flipped 50 or more rugs for me! But, I found the perfect palette for me, with a design I loved, beautiful colors AND a GREAT price! I give Amit and Merchants of Asia my very highest recommendation! Amit only wants to sell something if the customer will truly LOVE it!

My experience with Amit was fantastic. I had an Oriental that I wanted to sell. I had him appraise it and clean it and his shop did a fantastic job. It also needed a few repairs (over 40 years old) and he took care of that for me as well. The rug looked amazing. He is a very honest man as well, I totally trusted him. And now, after a few months in his shop my rug has sold. He worked with both me and the customer to make sure we were both happy. I would recommend him highly for any of your precious rug needs.

Gorgeous selection at reasonable prices. Very very helpful and accommodating staff: Wanted one 9x12 for living room. Couldn't decide between two, they brought both to my house so I could see them both in context. Will definitely return for furnishing other rooms.
