Kevin and his entire team were extremely helpful. We had an unusual situation which led us to indecisiveness on product and installation timeframes. Everyone was patient and when we were ready to install, the product was there and the installers were at the house in a timely manner. We will use TLC Carpet One again and would recommend them highly!
