Warehouse Carpets

I used WH carpets to purchase a area rug. The rug costed $3000 and it’s an awful rug by Stanton. The binding, which is WH responsibility, is coming apart as well. They fixed some but won’t fix the rest. BUY LOCAL. Do not use a company that can’t stand by their products. Horrible experience.

All of the sales reps at Warehouse Carpets are very knowledgeable of their products, they get to know your likes and dislikes and they don't care to go that extra mile for you. I know this because I am not only an employee at Warehouse Carpets I am also a happy Warehouse Carpets customer. I have bought area rugs in the past and just recently purchased their new "This Is It" LVP and I absolutely love it thanks to the sales consultants for recommending it. Just a few more final touches and I'll add pictures.

Good communication and competent transaction. Wool carpet was well wrapped and delivery was on time. Highly recommended for online purchase of carpet.

Cheryl was amazing! No one could get the carpet I wanted before Christmas. I randomly called Warehouse Carpets from the internet. Cheryl did not give up, kept calling until she found my carpet! She worked hard to make sure I got it before Christmas! It was installed on Dec 18!!!! Wonderful experience with Cheryl and Warehouse Carpets. Great price too.
