I recently had Shawn from Wecker's Flooring come to my home for a free estimate to replace vinyl flooring that was damaged during an appliance delivery. He was very professional and knowledgable. I will definitely keep Wecker's in mind when making my floor repair decision.

Excellent customer service. Worked with Shawn Leiphart. Assisted us in choosing our carpet. Scheduled a date and time to measure and install carpet. Was punctual and professional. Shawn worked with us as to removing old carpet and padding. Installers did an excellent job. Have always had a good experience working with Wecker's.

It is not often that I take the time to write a review, and it's not often that a retailer and the employees in his hire rise above the expectations of customers. In this instance, the performance by jerry and roger, as employees and representatives of your establishment, demand that I offer this letter this letter of commendation to you. Jerry and roger worked quietly and efficiently to remove the old grout from our bathroom tile, and replace it, all in a single day. They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked through their lunch hour to complete the entire job by approximately 3:00 pm, wanting to insure that we would have unlimimited use of our only full bathroom later that afternoon. Their attention to detail, their diligence, and their strong work ethic deserve recognition, and it is my hope that you will acknowledge their performance in some meaningful way. Sincerely, Thomas c. Shawn was very helpful in choosing the replacement flooring for our kitchen. He listened to our ideas, then gave his expert opinion so we could make an informed decision. When the flooring was ready to be installed, the installation person was very professional. Craig cleaned up as he worked, keeping the mess to a minimum. He worked hard and efficiently.

Wreckers has wonderful prompt employees who offer great service and keep the house clean! They even moved my furniture, true professionals. Their showroom has a lot of options no matter what kind of flooring your looking for, and if its not in stock, they order it and it comes very quickly. It's a privately owned business also so you get a lovely personal experience, not someone shoving you out the door or trying to get you to buy the most expensive flooring. They were wonderful and fast laying hardwood down in my living room after a flood.
