I have never been in this store before and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a variety of rugs with wonderful craftsmanship. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his merchandise not to mention the great customer service. I did purchase an area rug and absolutely love it. I would suggest this store to anyone looking for any type of area rug! Beautiful inventory!! I will definately be back.

We were first introduced to Fraz at Woven Concept Rug Gallery several years ago when we were redecorating with the help of a professional designer. The selections we made with the help of Fraz were absolutely perfect for the rooms. We have now moved to a new home and are happily able to use several of those rugs in the new setting. However, we did need a real “knock-out” piece for the front room. Fraz carefully listened to the description of the home and the look we are trying to achieve. He looked at the fabric, paint and wallpaper samples I had brought and very quickly showed me a piece that went far beyond anything I had dreamed of! This unique piece looks as though it was custom-made for this very room. As well as his tasteful, creative abilities, Fraz is professional, kind and patient (I’m not terribly confident in my decorating abilities.) He is justifiably proud of his own personal designs. When I went to pick up the rug, he already had it rolled, tied and labeled with my name, and his staff promptly loaded it into my car in a matter of minutes. Quality and prices are excellent at Woven concepts and I would highly recommend dealing with Fraz.

Fraz and Barb were exceptional to deal with. I purchased three rugs and and very happy. I wasn’t sure about one I had selected and Fraz was very accommodating and I had a no hassle exchange. I would definitely recommend.

We were in need of a rug for our entry way but the issue was that it was an irregular size. Fraz was fantastic! Not only were we able to get the rug that we loved but he sent it out to get resized . It looks so incredible!! The selection of rugs is unparalleled and customer service is top notch! Highly recommend for all your carpet/ rug needs

A great selection. originally thought we wanted wasn't even close! We were shown a number of options by Barbara, took some samples home and we were amazed at how different the samples looked in our home. We made a selection then had it custom sized. The order was a bit late but due to trade shows and the large size we ordered, the wait was worth it.

What started as a simple "Just looking!" trip to his Burlington store years ago, has developed into the purchase of many rugs from Woven Concepts and a life long friendship. If you are thinking of purchasing a carpet for the first time or have become a collector, you can go to no better starting place than Woven Concept Rug Gallery. Fraz is dignified, knowledgeable and most importantly, treats everyone with respect and professionalism. He has educated us over the years when we thought we could only afford machine made rugs, to the beauty and charm of hand knotted, vegetable dyed works of art which we cherish and our pets call "home". We met Fraz over 10 years ago when searching for an area rug and have been recommending him ever since! He came to our home, looked at the room, said he knew the perfect carpet, brought it to us and it was absolutely perfect! Since then we have moved and ordered a custom rug which he helped us with as well. It is just fabulous too! We had shopped around but his prices and service are absolutely the best! Friends have taken our advice and have been thrilled with Fraz's exceptional service. He has a great eye for colour and can adapt to any style. Thanks again Fraz!
