Yonan Carpet One in Rolling Meadows, IL recently installed our new kitchen floor – LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) from EarthWerks. My wife and I are completely satisfied: knowledgeable and helpful sales personnel, fair price (don’t tell Yonan, but theirs was the lowest of 3 estimates and included a couple of things the others didn’t), quality goods, and an excellent installation in all respects. We would like to thank in particular our sales person, Nick Allans, who was very effective, and the installers, Adrian and Gabriel, who did a careful and highly professional job. We would recommend Yonan without reservation.

I give Yonan Carpets a rave review! The salespeople were very knowledgable about carpet and different flooring options. They were able to offer suggestions of flooring products that we weren"t aware of, such as wood flooring made out of bamboo. It reduces the sound. While we didn't buy that product, we were extremely impressed with the sales staff knowledge base, product information and friendliness. Their installers were on time, professional, detailed and respectful of our house. I've had flooring installed from Home Depot in the past and I can comparatively say that Yonan installers are suburb! They work full time for Yonan, unlike other companies that 'hire out'. This is SO important! Wall to wall is beautiful as are the area rugs which were cut and bound.

I used Yonan Carpet One for several projects in my townhome in Lombard, IL. They first installed my beautiful engineered hardwood floors in my kitchen. Which turned out AWESOME and completely transformed my kitchen (the kitchen had sheet vinyl that was turning yellow when I bought it.. yuck.). I then had granite countertops/travertine backsplash installed in my kitchen as well. The customer service was great - from start to finish. I am completely satisfied with the products, service and pricing I have received from them. I have recommended them to many friends already. Will definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I recently bought a house which needed new flooring. The designer we worked with helped us decide on hardwood. We wanted durable, yet beautiful floors. She looked at the interior design of our house, listened to our needs, and helped us narrow down our options. The stain we chose is beautiful. It warms up our family room and the floor has a gorgeous sheen to it. We are so pleased with the customer service and the installation. We now wish we had put the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and hallway as well!
