“In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.”

“Concierge came to the rescue after our roof was damaged in a severe storm. They came the same day and were tarping our roof until 9pm in high winds making sure things were buttoned up - avoiding any real water damage. They came a few days later and replaced sections of shingles and trim. We’re prompt with communication estimates etc throughout, pricing was competitive. Work was impeccable, left the work site clean every day. To top it off the owners Dominic and PJ couldn’t be nicer and they are hustlers (work ethic I mean). Hope to do more projects with them in the future!”

We had looked at other cabinetry options and determined the quality and support from Riverhead Building Supply was the right direction for us. “My husband and I always wanted a home office but didn’t have a dedicated space. Our living room was an awkward size and the door and window placement made the room seem lopsided since one whole side of the room was not being used. Gail came in and after a thoughtful review of the room suggested that we divide the room so that the unused portion could become an office. I couldn’t visualize it at all before she suggested it but as soon as she said it, I knew it was a perfect solution! We wanted to redo the half bathroom whose wall backed up to this portion of the living room so we decided to make it a whole project. She brought in a contractor (who was really excellent) to do the bathroom and he even put in a shower stall to make a full bath. Bonus! They constructed a wall to close off the office and it has pocket French doors which are great because I can just slide them open or close when the office is in use or someone is one the phone. Everything went smoothly with very little interruption of our daily activities, and that’s with kids and dogs! Gail swooped in and created built –in shelving and storage to match the other cabinetry in my house so I could house my law books. I am amazed at how it came out. My desk and everything went into the office and now it looks like the office has always been there and I love being able to work from home. I would highly recommend Gail and her team to anyone looking to make improvements to their home. The changes they made to my home definitely added value to it which is a plus.”

“Looking to renovate your kitchen? Then go visit the kitchen designers, schedulers and installers at Botello's in Mashpee, MA! Our designer was Eileen Nadeau. We first saw her work in a Cape Cod home magazine and set up an appointment with her. Immediately, we knew that we wanted to use her to renovate the kitchen in our home. She is an experienced and talented designer with a calming energy who still hand renders the most beautiful plans. She had an amazing ability to for see small issues that could easily be overlooked and come up with a solution. Paul Puchal, the installation scheduler, could not have been more accommodating even though we had to reschedule the install date three times! As for Tom Wordall, the installer, it was a pleasure to have him working in our house. He was very methodical, each cabinet was hung perfectly and we never felt that he was in a rush to get on to the next job. We are more than pleased with the results.”

“An absolutely wonderful experience. Kristin worked with our son, his girlfriend and me to completely do over his kitchen, which was in an unfinished condition for 10 years. That was a challenge in and of itself. We knew the basic plan but needed help in selecting the style, color and various cabinets, along with the countertop, that would fit into a 1917 Boston colonial home. The kitchen is lovely and functional. In addition to the remodeling of the Amherst kitchen, I use Kristen as my point person when buying from Home Deport for homes in two other states and on the Cape. She is tremendously helpful.
