We built our first home with another builder previously and our experience with Eric Boucher, Big Rock Homes, was nothing short of wonderful! There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. We receive so many compliments from anyone who visits including many in the housing and real estate industry who are blown away by the quality of our home, because of our experience with Eric Boucher both of my husbands brothers are now also building with Big Rock Homes. There is no doubt in my mind when we decide to move and build again we will be using Eric again.”

“Radiant Blue homes along with there sister company Sideone Exteriors built our beautiful, custom dream home! We are thrilled with they way it turned out, the quality and how fast it was completed! We had many people comment on how fast our house was built and how great it looks! Mike and Justin are awesome to work with. The whole construction process was a lot less stressful than we expected because of there attention to detail, organization, communicating with us on regular basis about project and high standards. They were building this home for us but there attention to detail and high standards made it feel like they were building this house for themselves. They understood our vision for our home perfectly and made suggestions, most of which we did, that have made our home flow and function so much better. Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project. We will definitely use them again. Thank You Radiant Blue Homes and Sideone Exteriors!”

“when shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus”

“We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Alcoa did for us. We wanted to add a sunroom to our home that needed to accommodate art studio space, bar, and an ample seating area. It had to have energy saving banks of windows and sliders among many other requirements. For us it was daunting, but Corey of Alcoa provided us with excellent suggestions and solutions. Corey presented us with a proposal that outlines every detail of the project and the time frame for each item. When all was said and done, we had the sunroom of our dreams, it was completed on time and with in budget. We were so pleased that we have asked Alcoa to proceed with another project for our home. Thank you Corey and your entire professional and gracious workers. ”

“Shawn Sullivan was our builder and he was amazing, he has amazing taste and a good eye for classy looking homes. His homes are high quality and energy efficient. We have been in our home for 2yrs now that he built us and now we are selling it and are going to build another custom home with him! I am very picky and want my home to look stunning when you walk in and he helped me achieve that. I cannot wait to do it again since he took such good care of us. “We have a lovely home thanks to Brent Andersen with Building Concepts of Southern Utah. After interviewing three other builders we were introduced to Brent by a friend and knew at once that he would be our builder. His years of experience in building quality homes was evident, and as we began our project his understanding of the building process was reassuring. He was able to bring an aesthetic eye to the home that complemented the architect’s work. For example, he looked at the framing for the fireplace and asked what we had in mind. I showed him a picture and told him we wanted something similar. He said he would be back the next day to reframe the fireplace himself. He wanted to make sure that it had better balance and would be closer to what we had in mind. He was absolutely correct. We couldn’t be happier. Brent builds more than a building; he is concerned with the quality of construction as well as the play of space, the comfort, and the flow of traffic. We could tell he felt he was building “our home” and it was not just another building project on a list. We never knew building a custom home could be so much fun. He was in contact throughout the entire build. He was ready to answer questions and kept us informed with the progress of the construction and all of the costs. There were no surprises. Any cost overruns were changes we made, and even then he often helped to save us money. Not only did we find a great builder we made a good friend.”
