“Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got quotes from a wide variety of companies and was very disappointed when so many of them came back significantly over our stated budget. I felt as if some of the companies recognized what this project meant to me and preyed upon my dream in an attempt to increase the budget. Kyle Zimmerman (owner of Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets) didn't play any of those silly games. He quickly understood my vision and respected our budget and timeline. I could tell he was different from the others the first time I met him - his honesty and integrity were apparent in everything he said and did. I'd been dreaming of a fabulous French Country Kitchen for many years and I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Kyle's knowledge, experience and creativity allowed him to come up with some remarkable ideas and suggestions that I'd never even thought of. His input was instrumental in making my dream kitchen even better than I could have hoped. Kyle was intricately involved in every step of the process and he was great at communicating and keeping me up to date. He always seemed to know just what to say to keep me calm and on track as things progressed. As good as Kyle is, he can't do it all by himself. He has obviously taken great care to assemble a group of extraordinary trades people/companies. Everyone working in our home was friendly, professional, hardworking and, quite obviously, among the best in their chosen profession. It's easy to be wonderful when everything is going smoothly, but the real test is how people handle a situation when everything doesn't go exactly as planned. We didn't encounter any major problems, but the few minor glitches we had were handled flawlessly. Kyle's quiet confidence and calm demeanor was really reassuring. When I changed my mind at the last minute on some decorative posts, he carefully explained the additional costs and then he calmly made it happen. I thought he might get annoyed at the last minute change, but his friendly smile never wavered. When I realized I'd taken on too many little projects on my own (in an attempt to save money), he instantly came to my rescue and called people in to finish the work I couldn't do. Overall, I am completely happy with my new kitchen and extremely grateful to Kyle and his team for making my dream come true! I wholeheartedly, and without reservation, recommend Capital Mark for any renovation project you may be considering. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!”

She has established herself with a great career path in all aspects of products for a home. The installation team is great, respectful, hardworking and all her family! This is the family to take your work to! He then turned his attention to the furniture that would transform the house into a home. His instincts on which color combinations and style of furniture, rugs, and lighting would work best together were unerringly correct. “Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“I was in need of a bathroom remodel and had some ideas but I'm not very good at conveying my ideas to others or at envisioning the final results so I contracted with Total Design Homes. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. Their team asked me quite a few questions about my ideas and somehow with the little information I provided them they designed and built me the bathroom that I have always wanted. Cynthia found this plank tile the has all the colors that I love and reminds me of the ocean with beach wood. I hope I get to add a picture on this review for everyone to see since I have a hard time explaining what my bathroom looks like. However, it's amazing and I love it!
