“We purchased service with Air Ducts Pro as part of a promotional deal. They were very quick to schedule service, and showed up right in the middle of the designated arrival window. The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough - they cut holes in the main lines and hooked up their vacuum line that was run in to the house through a window in the basement, and dislodged the gunk in the supply and return lines with their powered, spinning brushes. They showed me before and after pictures of the return lines and let me look myself into the more accessible ones, and the amount of junk on the surfaces before cleaning was impressive - after cleaning it looked much better! The house smelled fresher too. Due to some signs of rust and what might have been mold, they recommended a disinfectant service, but didn't give me a hard sell or scare tactics on it - simply presented the options and let me choose for myself if I felt it was worthwhile. When they were finished they closed up all the holes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all great service!”

“Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. “AirBenders provided us with professional service from start to finish. We had 2 estimates and David was third to provide an estimate. After walking around our entire home. He asked us about our concerns and issues we have with current system. Than he asked us about things in our home if we wanted to make better which we never knew that would be possible. He provided us with a very detailed but easy to understand proposal. We obviously picked Airbenders to do the job, by the way highest price out of the 3 estimates. His team was neat, Clean and worked entire day very efficiently installing a thankless water heater, furnace, air-conditioning system, humidifier; an electronic air purifier, and 3 zone thermostats so we could control temperature independently on each level or our town home. We have had the new system now for a month and we love how the air feels. It feels much crisper, air inside our home seems fresh and my wife is able to breath better with her allergies. David told us it's hard to describe the quality of air with a better system and we would understand once we have it in our home. Now we know what he meant.
