“Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”

“We hired Bowmen, LLC for a small bedroom renovation. Though they often do much larger projects, they made us feel like our bathroom was a top priority. Spencer (owner), Joe and Chyrel (project managers) were very present, knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. Their subcontractors did impeccable work and left the site clean each day. I would recommend them highly for any project large or small.”

“FHS constructors have done numerous projects on our home renovation since starting with our kitchen renovation and hardwood floor restoration. Scott Green gave us a true and accurate detailed estimate and timeframe upfront. He completed this job on time and to both my wife and my satisfaction. He just finished a 16*16 carriage house in the backyard that is a piece of art. He has also put a new roof on our home, his crew was finished by three o’clock in the afternoon on the same day and I still have only found three nails in my yard. They were efficient and cleaned up great. When my toilet downstairs had some structural issues his crew fixed that in no time and now I can do jumping jacks on it If I wanted to. After these numerous jobs we still would recommend him to friends and family because he is honest and gets the job done right. Thanks for making our house a home FHS!”

They did a great job on both projects. I was pleased with their timelines, communication, professionalism, cost, and the overall quality of their work. “Chris Brace is our preferred builder of choice. His work is near perfection and he goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. Chris has completed four individual projects for us in the last two years. Due to a water leak he replaced and upgraded our living room ceiling adding a coffer design. His company even vacuums as they work. Now, who does that? The most recent project required removing door to a sunroom and making it a 12' opening flanked with custom pillars. He extended the coffer ceiling, too!”
