“Mark Glen and Acanthus Architecture designed our home for us several years ago. Mark was meticulous in his design, with everything well thought out and planned. His attention to detail was unsurpassed, as well as his follow through with our builder and attention at the work site. The Acanthus staff were very professional and they were always available for questions or discussions. From our first meeting with Mark, we were treated with respect and he listened to all of our thoughts and ideas during the planning stage and beyond. All deadlines were met and he exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend the firm for any project, large or small.”

After using their skills for a kitchen and master bath remodel in the past, they are teaming up again on our behalf for a downstairs master suite addition. In conjunction with dealing with super-confident subcontractors, their projects are completed in a timely manner. I most appreciate their attention to detail and notifying me if a set appointment with anyone on the project was delayed even 15 minutes later than scheduled. I am amazed at the quality of their work and their ability to give their customers what they want in fresh and innovative ways at a competitive price. “Jose was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable when it came to our renovations. Nowadays is hard to trust someone with your home in your money, but he rose to the occasion I do have other projects that I would love for Jose to work on in the near future, and less what we plan on doing, I highly recommend him as a contractor. He has a great team behind him as well with the plumber and electrician.”

“This Company has been the best , very professional, on time and perfect work. They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood . “Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“I called this company to get a price on changing the master bath and get an opinion on new flooring. I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. I'm going to have him do work in the kitchen next. These guys are fantastic. Not just the pricing I received, but the quality of work and their professionalism is second to none. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. My father called to tell me his water heater had a bad leak and was flooding his kitchen. Marc grabbed his plumber and ran over there. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up. I plan on posting pictures of their work soon, but these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone!!”

“We worked with Advanced Renovations on a complicated kitchen remodel, that demanded the talents and skill set that can only be found in a company as professional as Advanced Renovations. Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. Being in the business I get to see it all, but never have I seen a company that goes to the level that Advanced Renovations will. That go the distance and then some. Bravo Advanced Renovations!”
