“Work done: Replaced floors in entire house. Repaired walls and framing and painted entire house. Did demo and helped remove old furniture, then helped return everything. Justin gave appropriate suggestions for repair, replacement, painting, decorating, etc. Justin and his crew, specifically John and Caleb were wonderful to work with. They were respectful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Justin has great knowledge about what needed to be done and spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He found issues we did not know were there and still kept everything within our budget. We had to live in the house while the construction was being done and Halcyon accommodated us every step of the way making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Justin helped us tremendously with decision options and consistently guided us in the good direction. We are still a work in progress and I highly recommend Halcyon.”

“Vailes has done two major projects for us. In 2018 we had a new heat pump installed and had a screened in porch built. In both cases Vailes was very professional and did an excellent job. Our new heat pump works very well and keeps the house comfortable year around. The screened in porch is beautiful It was built using ipe wood and cat-proof screen. We and the cats enjoy it.”

“We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”

“We hired Sun Structures to repair our 1920s house after a tree came through our roof. John Donne (the owner) and his two sons were able to repair all the damage and completely renovate our home quickly and professionally. They were easy to talk to, didn't nickel and dime when we asked for changes, hired good subcontractors, and made the overall experience very pleasant and easy. We're so happy with how our house turned out; we even hired them again 6 months later to install our kitchen cabinets and counters.”

“Our house expansion/renovation is still ongoing....target completion is January of 2018. We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”

“A.J. Pitman Construction is an amazing company to work with! Mr. Pitman has such an artistic mind, you can give him an idea and he will run with it! No matter the budget, they will give you something beautiful! A.J. Pitman is my go to construction company, from customizing the interior/exterior of my home or major fixes! They replaced my roof this past year... and I have to say my roof looks better than the day I bought the farm! They built my horse barn, did all my fencing... there is not anything A.J. Pitman can not do, and if you have a project he is not sure he can accomplish, he will find the right company and monitor their every move to ensure his customers satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!”

“Brian Loch was the project manager for our extensive 2014 renovation of our 90 year old home. We found him to be an extremely professional, exacting, quality-conscious and courteous person to work with. Subsequently, we have hired PermaBuilds to perform additional post-renovation work on our house, mostly on projects - including HVAC improvements - that we originally did not include in the initial work for value-engineering reasons. PermaBuilds performed the work on-time, on-schedule, professionally, and with quality. In the intervening 18 months, zero defects have occurred on the work they performed. PermaBuilds' subcontractors were also courteous and professional, and it's clear that they all have a good working relationship with Brian. We give Brian and his team an unqualified recommendation, and plan to use PermaBuilds again in the future.”
