Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. Using this technology, Steve was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through the steps to fix the issue in a live session! My pressure issue is now fixed, and the process did not involve having any workers entering my home. This is an outstanding company with high quality workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone having any sort of pluming issues.”

The call back came from the owner while he was on vacation. He wanted to make sure we got taken care of and made arrangments to have our hot water heater replaced on sunday. Job completed within time agreed to and all workmanship was highly professional. Workmen used great care to avoid damaging anything while bringing materials in and out and used drop-cloths to protect floors. Did thorough clean up at completion of each day's work. Bob is very conscientious and careful to be certain you know what the costs will be for any extras that you request. No surprises when the final bill is presented! Over all, Bob will give you a reasonable price and does excellent quality work.”
