“From the initial planning stages for our four season sunroom, Galarneau Builders were fully engaged in meeting our thoughts for this project. Ed Lewis was fully engaged in all phases of our building. The craftsmen used on our sunroom were skilled and were sensitive to our concerns. As the project came to a close, my wife and I were totally satisfied with the competence of all involved. We were pleased that we hired Galarneau Builders for our home addition. “We have a camp on a lake in NY. The property has two homes which were both in need of major repair. Our first cabin we used a local craftsman, he was good, but was not done in a timely manner and had to come back for a lot of finishes. When we decided to redo our "main" house we chose McKernon and it was the best decision we made. The builders started on time and the project was completed on date agreed upon in the contract. The site was always clean and orderly. The craftsmanship in the cabinetry was top notch. I really can't say enough for the company and employees. If I was going to build again, I would hesitate to call upon them.”

“Scott Petar was great to work with. His design sense is excellent and he perfected my ideas, resulting in an excellent outcome. He has a very good work ethic--came when he said he would come, never over-charged me, etc. He spent nine months in 2007-2008 renovating my lake house--interior and exterior-- and I was sorry to see him go. He comes back to make minor adjustments and to do other small jobs for us. He is a rare find! NOTE: I submitted photos but was not able to label them.
