“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“I have known John Guy for several years through association in the TIBD (Texas Institute of Building Designers). My membership in TIBD was as a supplier. As a supplier I worked with and got to know many of the members. This year I decided to start building homes. There were several reasons I chose John Guy: #1 He is an excellent designer, #2 He listens to his clients and designs to meet their ideas. #3. He has a working knowledge of products and applications. #4. He understands the complex nature between design and construction. For these reasons, John has been a great deal of help in product selection. I have also hired John to inspect the job and provide quality assurance. This way I am assured of getting everything done right the first time, and preventing any defects in workmanship from getting covered up. John is what I call a Full Service Designer. Richard Egan”

“David and his crew were excellent! They were on time all the time, actually perform the job and kept me abreast of each stage. I had a time limit for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and all were completely finished a day ahead of the schedule. The work was professionally done and the outcome is so beautiful. The only downside was the cost. It was quite expensive but I was happy with the result! Will definitely recommend Houston remodeling contractors to anyone wishing to get their services.”

“For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. As a homeowner, I wanted to employ a contractor who could integrate all the components of a remodel and manage the entire process from start to finish, without my husband or me to oversee and inspect the project on a daily basis. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. “Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”
