“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“Matt at MHB built our custom home in 2022. We knew after meeting Matt for the first time he would be our builder. Matt is easy to work with, trustworthy and genuinely works to bring your dream to life as he did with our home. All projects have their ups and downs and Matt never wavered and kept our project moving as we worked through pandemic shortage issues at the time even doing some things out of the normal order to keep us on track. We would recommend Matt and MHB 100% without hesitation and as a matter of fact we did as he is currently working on my wife's sisters home currently due to be completed by this summer of 2024. We don't see Matt as just our builder, we built a relationship with him and could not be happier. If you are planning a custom home, do yourself a favor and call Matt/MHB.”

“I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. “I had the opportunity to work with Mike on several philanthropic projects from 1991 to 1994. During that time he oversaw a yearly Haunted House. Part of that oversight was to have a free standing structure built to specs that would pass fire and safety inspections required by the city. This task may seem small by the standards of what he does today but it still speaks to his character and his ability. He was a able to motivate forty young men, free of charge, to build a two thousand square foot water-tight structure and design it so that it was the scariest haunted house in the D/FW area. The building had roof, floor, walls and electrical to code. In my twenty years of knowing Mike I have never witnessed an instance that he didn't keep his word. He will tell you honestly how he feels - even if the truth might hurt feelings. he doesn't know any other way. I'll let others review his paid-for work. I can't speak to the nuances of vaulted ceilings and wine cellars. What I can tell you is that if you are searching for a builder or a contractor based on his character then you would be well served to choose Mike Garabedian for your next job.”

“I just want to thank you all for the beautiful home. It really is perfect. I have to admit, signing a contract to build my forever home while living in England was quite unnerving. I put a lot of trust and faith in you all since I had actually never seen one of your homes in person....and I have to say....I was not let down. The entire staff at Best Homes was so wonderful to work with. Larry was always available whenever I called, Mike answered all my emails, Diana drove all over Texas to find my tiles, Kent busted his rear end to get it finished in time for Christmas and Sherry....along with the front office staff was always super pleasant. You guys were so patient with me and all my questions, requests and changes...and having to coordinate everything from two different continents was not easy. But what I especially loved was that I never felt like a customer....but more like a friend....and I wouldn't have that with one of the big corporation builders. Thank you for my home and new friendships!!! I also want to add...its been a month and half since we moved in and Best Homes has been awesome about coming out and reminding me how things work, fixing the few little minor things, and checking in on us to make sure everything was going good! You didn't just build me a perfect home, you've also continued to provide outstanding after care and customer service.”
