“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“After raising our family in a traditional four-bedroom two-story home, my wife and I wanted to downsize into a ranch home in our same neighborhood. The home we purchased was a 1970’s era three-bedroom ranch with “good bones,” but badly in need of updating. We brought Jeremy in from the Onward Design Collaborative even before we closed on the purchase to share our ideas and get his input. In short Jeremy incorporated all the items on our “wish list” in his design, opening up the living area, adding master suite with a walk-in closet and transforming a sunroom from an added-on porch. His detailed drawings were accurate, and he worked well with our general contractor. The results were fantastic and on-budget. We love our completely remodeled ranch “forever” home. “I hired Darla for my kitchen design in 2011. It turned out amazing! She is very creative and respects a budget. I was so happy with her services that when it was time to gut our bathroom, Darla was the first person that I called. For that project, and for the remodeling of our family room, Darla acted as designer and contractor. Again, we were very happy with her services. She is professional, reliable and gets the project done on time and on budget. If you are not satisfied with something, she fixes it. She is a delight to work with and I have referred her to many of my friends.”

“Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.”

His skill at developing project parameters sets the tone for devising design and functional concepts for each project. This approach is consistent regardless of the size of the project. Large projects including those designated: “Wilderness,” “Valley Overlook” and “Canalside” were complex whole building renovation and additions - yet the attention to detail was maintained throughout the process. His ability to bring highly creative and effective designs to the client is consistently remarkable. Coupled with this architectural skill is the very rare skill to carry the design process to the projects interior. The ability to design interior elements to improve traffic flow, food servicing, senior living amenities, architectural details & finishes, lighting, color selections and furnishing selection & procurement while collaborating with other professionals ensures the finished project routinely exceeds expectations.
