“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“Honestly, searching for contractors can be quite intimidating, but after working with this company we have found a company we would not only review with a high rating, but also do business with again. They were organized, timely, helpful and very efficient. They were very respectful in our home as well. Their communication was excellent too. Al actually physically assisted us in not only gathering materials, but helping us design the project overall. We are very pleased with the overall look and quality of the work. Their pricing was super competitive and their work was excellent quality. We will be contacting them again soon to work on some other projects as we budget for them. It was a nice touch that they allowed us to make changes as we went through the process of remodeling and double-checked with us to ensure our vision was coming to life. There were even electrical and constraint issues that they navigated around and helped fix along the way to ensure they were able to stick to the original expected timeline. “We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew. The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”
