Bayfront Custom Cabinets and Closets

Working with Vitaly and Bayfront Custom Cabinets has been a wonderful experience. Vitaly has one of the highest degree of professionalism that I have encountered in years. From the very first meeting till the installation process it had been a pleasure to deal with every person in the company but especially with Vitaly. He is very patient, he listened very carefully to our ideas, he actively participated in the discussion. He knows his craft extremely well. He was not selling us anything, he was trying to find the best solution for us and actually to save us money. He came to our house once to meet with me, then the second time to meet with my husband. I can't count times that I communicated with him through email and phone and I never felt rushed or unwelcome. The job was done on time, installation was a breath and we are happy with the end result. Trust me when I say that it's not easy to please me and especially my husband and we are very pleased with this company. The only thing I am sorry about is that I don't have another project to do with Bayfront Cabinets.

I do not believe 5 stars adequately depicts how thrilled we are with the work performed by Bayfront Custom Cabinets & Closets. From the initial phone call, to the consultation, to the design proposal and finally the completion, we could not be any more satisfied. We wanted garage cabinets & some cabinetry in our kitchen nook. Vitaly was very professional and thorough with the initial appointment, measuring & offering suggestions to assist us with our decision. We met with him late one afternoon & the following day, he presented his designs.. We had a complicated & very tough angled area in our kitchen nook that took precise measurements & thought. Upon our agreement, a member of his team came the following week to make a template of the area & since we requested the work be done prior to our move, he was able to have his team come to perform the work during the time frame we were looking for. Aside from the kitchen area, we also desired garage cabinets & although there was a hideous large walled cabinet there, Vitaly's suggestion to have it removed & have the entire wall with one grouping of cabinets was exactly what needed to be done. The 2 day installation went seamless and the technicians were excellent. Very professional, very experienced, very courteous and did a perfect job cleaning up. Without a doubt, we made the right decision & know we will use Bayfront in the future for any other custom work.

Bayfront Custom Cabinets and Closets is an amazing company. They are very customer focused and great to work with. Their team is very experienced, knowledgeable and responsive.. They spent lots of time with us understanding our cabinet and storage needs. Then they created a design on their computer using CAD software. This way we could visualize our project in 3D. Our project included 2 large custom offices, guest room murphy bed & closet organizer, garage cabinets, garage bench and sitting room custom bookshelves and cabinets. They did a great job on everything. They showed up on time and worked daily until the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company.

Bayfront Custom Cabinets designed, built and installed three sets of built in shelves in our game room. They did an amazing job and the shelves are beautiful! They've transformed the room completely! For years we weren't sure what we wanted to do with this area. We had three shallow closets with two doors each. The doors had stain glass panels that weren't our style. We had the idea of replacing the closets with built in shelving. We called bayfront for help. Vitaly came out within a few days and helped us turn our rough ideas into a clear plan. He then fabricated the shelves offsite in about a month. After that, installation took just one day. We couldn't be happier with the results. Shelves are beautiful. Quality is great. Price was good as well. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

A few years ago Vitaly did a project for our friends and they very highly recommended him. Now, when we moved to a new house, we started to interview many designers to see what we can do to make our new 40+ year old house modern without too much reconstruction. Vitaly was one of 5 we contacted. All recommended to us by somebody. He was so different! He came, listened, asked question and TOLD us what we really need!!!. We were so surprised and pleased with his ideas and recommendations ! In a week we signed our contract, he met with our contractor, electrician and soon my husband's office and our four closets were ready. I love my closet. Now I have a place for everything!!! Vitaly has a wonderful team. They all are very well trained professionals. Installers are very polite, careful with new cabinets and our freshly painted walls and left all working areas clean. Our next project is our kitchen. I cannot wait.

We had a wonderful experience with Vitaly and the crew at Bayfront Custom Cabinets and Closets. They are my most favorite vendors, of the 10+ vendors we dealt with during our remodel. We had two (his and hers) master closets built. What set Vitaly apart is the time he spent with our family to discuss our requirements, LISTENED and then turn around and designed something that exceeded our expectations. When the closets came, they were installed promptly and accurately. When the crew encountered a glitch, they called me with a proposed solution already in mind (that did not cost me extra $$). Overall, wonderful to deal with, the entire team has a great customer service attitude and excellent product!

"Great Experience with Bayfront Cabinets! Vitaly did us good! We had a closet and study that we wanted to customize. We had two companies give us design ideas and Bayfront Cabinets won hands down. The closet Vitaly designed is phenomenal and we notice it everyday when we walk in. We even threw in a curve ball requesting a mirror be installed. Vitaly listened to the idea and then suggested something EVEN BETTER! Now we have the closet, the mirror and it is perfect! The study was another pleasant surprise. The installation was smooth but as we moved into the space we realized we needed more shelves. Again Vitaly's design experience paid off. He had designed the cabinets so that all the shelves were interchangeable! That way we could distribute the shelves we had behind cabinet doors and the open shelves easily! Its a small thing - but it made a big difference in how we use the space. I'd highly recommend Bayfront Cabinets!"

Bayfront Cabinets did a fantastic job on our loft cabinets and I cannot recommend them enough. I met with 5 different companies/individuals, over many months, for an estimate on building out our loft cabinets. I do my due diligence when it comes to researching companies to work on my home - I even met with 4 different electricians just to move a cable & electrical outlet over for these cabinets, because I wanted to make sure I was hiring a knowledgeable yet affordable contractor. But back to our cabinets, I wanted to combine two different designs I saw in two model homes from our builder. I had pictures and knew exactly what I wanted. One other local design center I had previously tried to get an estimate from had even told me what I wanted was "not structurally possible." Well, I knew it was structurally possible because I had pictures & plans of it from the model home. It took me many months of research before I finally found Bayfront through the Home Concepts mailer/magazine. Vitaly came out to our home, looked at the two designs I wanted to combine, and got to work sketching out his 3D drawings for our loft. We also had him design & quote us on our master closet. Cabinet & closet design is Vitaly's business and expertise - he came up with designs for our master closet we never would have thought to do on our own, and surpassed the pre-fab, boring, uncreative designs we had received from 2 other closet companies for our master closet. All of Bayfront's cabinets are manufactured by them - not ordered in as a pre-fab from out of state - so they were able to create just about anything I wanted. We knew pretty quickly that Vitaly was our guy, and I knew before hiring them that we were going to be more than satisfied with their work, and we are. We are thrilled with our loft cabinets that triples as a double office for my husband and myself (workspace for each of us), entertainment unit for our TV, and decorative shelving to display our knick knacks and pictures. (picture below) Bayfront is currently quoting us on our daughter's closet and a guest closet, and we cannot wait to hire Bayfront to do our master closets, hopefully next year!
