Design and installation were excellent. Designer especially good spending all the time needed to get it right so it met the exact needs we desired. Installer worked very hard all day to finish the 2 projects.

The entire process...from the design stage with my sales person, the custom built cabinetry is beautiful and looks like it has always been there. The installers worked tirelessly until one had to leave for another job in Ridgefield, which meant my job took longer. I am very happy with the quality and the transformation it has made for my all-purpose spare room. Thank you

Our experience having a Murphy bed installed was quite smooth. June Mariano was our design consultant and she was outstanding - excellent to work with. Our lead installer, Pete, was similarly excellent to work with and did a terrific job along with Vince.

We recently moved into a new home. Our previous home had California Closets and I wanted the same clean, finished look. We went to the showroom in Norwalk and found the new selections amazing. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful and courteous. The installer arrived at the scheduled time and placed tarps across the floors and work area. He was friendly, professional and cleaned the work area when he was done for the day. The closet looks fantastic!

My experience was absolutely exceptional!!! From the initial call, all the way through final payment. The intake representative was polite, professional and hugely helpful in coordinating time for me to meet with a professional organizer/designer. After dispatch, I was assigned designer June (who's absolutely fabulous) by the way. She listened, understood and provided great feedback and recommendations. All in which the end result is exactly what I need and it's appealing. I'm super pleased and would highly recommend them to family and friends. In conclusion the work performed was magnificent. The installers were timely, professional, worked hard and overall did an outstanding job. They explained everything in which would happen during the visit and stuck by their word, along with timeframe. Again I'm stoked about my experience and at the end of the day, you'll get what you pay for. The product is sturdy, functional and priced fairly. I'm one happy customer!!!

The job is finished timely and the craftmanship is perfect. Also, the post installation service is great. For instance, I had small repairs in a about year. They came timely and finished with one visit. I would highly recommend the Shelton, CT shop without any hesitation.
