California Closets New England

The California Closets experience exceeded my expectations. Erin Ramsay was incredibly responsive and very prepared at our initial meeting. Getting to the first meeting was a breeze. I was able to quickly schedule a time that met my availability. When Erin arrived, she had appropriate samples, took the time to understand my style preference, my needs and what I needed the closet to do for me. And, as a result, the outcome was perfect. My fiance and I recently purchased a new home and decided to get our master closet done, so I went online and started looking into California Closets. There are many other companies similar to Cali Closets, but nothing come close to the level of work these guys do. My consultant, Erin from the Hingham, MA showroom was absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with me and my choices. She broke everything down and even made me feel comfortable when I had to lower my budget last minute. I cannot say enough about the installers! These guys were extremely professional - they were on time and cleaned up after themselves nicely! If you're in the market for a new closet or need storage ideas, then I highly recommend you go check out your local California Closets showroom, you will be amazed!

We had several closets and cabinets made for our new Boston condo. Living in a small space, we wanted to optimize the storage and using California closets pretty much doubled or even tripled our space. Overall - excellent experience due to the incredible professionalism and capability of your employees, in particular Vanessa Nowicki. She was so great to me and my wife all the way throughout the process. She ensured the process was smooth, from the measurements to the 3D modeling on the computer, to the installation (even though we had some glitches with our closets - not the fault of Cal Closet (was due to our handyman ripping out the closets prior to your installers coming). Anyway, we'd gladly re-order and recommend California Closets in Boston to others.

Alisha..did a great presentation when she visited our home and really captured what we needed in the closets she designed. Having real color samples and samples of the actual material was a key factor in us choosing CC. She followed up with us and was willing to work with me in the final design and in meeting our budget. The 2 competitors that also bid on the job did not bring samples with them or brought color samples the size of a popsicle stick. They also did not have the same follow up or interest in doing the job.
