Char at Cambridge Closets was wonderful to work with! She worked with me to stay within my budget and was not pushy at all. I had previously contacted another company and when I told them their price was over my budget they didn’t even attempt to work with me to see what could be done. But Char was so helpful and was able to tell me what exactly to take out of the designs to bring the price within my budget! I would highly recommend them!!

I was so excited to have my Master closet done. The finished product is PERFECT! Char worked with me to customize the entire project and it exceeded my expectations!

Char Desmond of Cambridge Closet was very helpful in creating just the right closet for our new dormer addition. She really listened to our needs and provided valuable insights into what was possible and more importantly, practical for our needs. Her suggestions for layout and colors were just spot on. She was very prompt in answering my many email questions and the installation went very smoothly. Well worth it.

Char's did an excellent job! She made sure my items fit every shelf so I didn't end up with a closet/pantry that looked pretty but wasn't functional. The installers were also excellent!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cambridge Closets! I started a closet that I didn't know how much was going to cost and after receiving a quote from another company, I was more than discouraged, so I put it off for a bit. I ended up inadvertently coming across Cambridge Closets just by googling built in closets. I thank my lucky stars I did! Char came to my house within a couple of days. Right after meeting her I had a great feeling about her company because she appeared knowledgeable, professional and simply did not push anything onto me. She asked what my budget was and what I was looking for in a closet. I had a vision of a beautiful closet, but previous quote was way out of my price range. Char provided me multiple quotes the following day and even her most expensive quote was still less than half of what the other company had quoted me. We scheduled the installation date right away, which was 4 weeks away. I received a text from Char the morning off the install to let me know exact time the installers were going to be arriving to my house. Install was as smooth as could be. I have the closet that I always dreamed of and could not be happier!

She is incredibly detailed and makes sure that everything (ie. shoes, hanging clothes, etc.) fits perfectly. She comes up with clever designs and provides options for every budget. Working with Char from Cambridge Closets was so easy! At consultation, she came and measured my closets and measured other closets for future so that when I was ready for those-she had them already and was able to design something for me right away. Very receptive to what you are looking to do and has great ideas for functionality. My two closets that I have had done so far have been life changing...went from a semi-workable but constant rearranging closet to fully functional and stress free, organized space! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Our closet project was the last piece of a master suite remodel. It is a relatively small walk-in so we did not want/need things like drawers and doors. We needed lots of hanging and shelf space. Our construction team recommended Char at Cambridge Closets, but also suggested we talk to several other closet companies so that we would know just how good Char was in both design and price. We ended up meeting with 3 designers and Char's ideas were the most complete and gave us the most usable space for our closet. Char presented a design that we made a few adjustments to and we couldn't be happier with the final result. And the installation team was excellent as well.

She was quick to respond, worked around my schedule to make appointments, and produced a high quality product, which has quickly become my "sanctuary". In fact, I was so pleased with Char's work that I had no problem in referring her to my sister-in-law and will continue to refer Cambridge Closets to anyone else with closet needs!

I contracted with Cambridge Closets to design organizers for a 16x12 master bedroom closet. Char worked closely with me to understand what I wanted, and provided many suggestions and options that made made the design really come together. She also provided suggestions that allowed me to keep within the budget I had set for myself. She was extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and worked in a very timely fashion. Her pricing was very fair. The installers were friendly, professional, and conscientious. The entire experience was positive from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company.
