I have relied on Closets by Todd for multiple properties, they do an amazing job at getting back to customers quickly with quotes and work hard to understand what your budget is and what buildout will meet your needs. I would highly recommend Closets by Todd.

Todd installed a closet for me and I coulndt be happier. He was quick and tidy and creative in an old farmhouse while working with trim and uneven areas. Many of my friends have also been happy with his work too! Great value and great service.

We highly recommend Todd-very professional, lots of communication, project completed on time and on budget. We had a small laundry room/storage pantry in our condo. Todd listened to how I wanted to redesign the space to fit our needs. He offered suggestions that worked wonderfully! We received detailed plans with 3D views and measurements. Since we lived out of state, most of the communication was done by email or text and he is very prompt on replies. Will definitely use him again!

We had an excellent experience with Todd. I had 3 closet designers come to the house to help me lay out the spaces & figure out what would work best. One was in our home for 90 minutes, mostly pouring over books of closet specs. One was lovely & personable but the estimate was a fortune and looked like it was built for someone else's space. Todd's was perfect. He came in, listened to my concerns for each of the 4 closets we wanted to upgrade, then quickly measured every inch of the spaces (twice), gave me a sense of what he thought would work well and had an estimate with detailed pictures to us within a couple of days. His installation team was great, and Todd took care of adjustments we needed after the installation, responding quickly & personally to answer questions & address concerns. I wish I had more closets for Todd to build. Working with him was a great experience & I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Todd did a fantastic job on our master bedroom closets! We were on a tight timeline, so he actually received the measurements via email, we reviewed them online, and then he sent someone out to install them - and they were in within a couple of hours! (We have two standard sliding door closets - not walk-ins.) He made the entire process very painless and within budget, and the quality is excellent! Using Closets by Todd is one of the best things we've done in our house.

Oh my goodness! I was not prepared for how amazing our built-ins would turn out. Todd seriously undersold his work to us. The pictures and rendering just couldn't do it justice. Even though there is an intelligent system that they use to get everything to fit together, there is a definite "bespoke" feel to the finished product. It started with Todd coming over to get a feel for our space and what we were looking for. Then he started iterating over and over with us until we hit on the exact thing we wanted. The fact that he was able to quickly iterate and render what everything would look like helped give us confidence that we knew what we were getting. There was never any corner cutting and we never felt like we were being up sold on anything. It was all about making us happy. The installation team was so professional as well. I don't think I ever saw them take a break. They were machines. They were super friendly and accommodated any modification or addition like custom cable holes exactly where I wanted them, backsplashes, etc. You can really tell that everyone at that company takes real pride in their work because no one would stop until we were happy and they felt good about the product they had provided. There were so many neat surprises and features that were just included which was pretty awesome. For instance, they said I could pick any size cable hole I wanted and they didn't just make the holes but added these nice plastic covers that fit exactly. It doesn't sound like much but it's the little things the make you feel like you are getting a real quality product. These guys are world-class professionals and I hope to hire them again in the future.

We are an apartment community that always gets our cabinets through Closets by Todd. We always get our cabinets quick and they have great customer service. There are hardly ever any issues, but if there ever are, he gets them resolved quickly.
