This company is incapable of running an efficient estate sale. You have to get a number (nobody tells you this at the estate sale though, we found out from other people standing in line), stand in line and hope they don't take forever to call your number. Not too mention the front door monitor gave six people the same number which made it even more frustrating. They only let a few people in at a time (this is the only sale I have been to that has operated like this). I went to an Estate Transitions sale with a group and they would only let one person in our group in and if we wanted to go in together then we had to wait even longer, we had already waited over an hour. One male employee was incredibly rude to me in front of other customers, when I asked how long the wait was and why my group was not able to be allowed inside. I also commented on the unorganized method and how the front door monitor was issuing the same number multiple times to potential customers, which he then threatened to "kick me out". A group of eight ladies actually left after the altercation. We counted people who left the sale before our group of four was able to be granted entry and 19 people left the sale. If you don't get there at least an hour before it opens, many of the items will be gone before you are allowed to enter. Many of the coworkers were able to come down on the prices, but when it was my turn to checkout, she was not flexible at all with me because I made a complaint. I came to find out that the cashier was the owner of the company and she was ignorant and would not even listen to my valid complaint (which was the same complaint that many people waiting in the hot, humid weather in a front yard with bees and mosquitoes had voiced). Unfortunately, I got "penalized" by the employees and owner of this company because I voiced my concern. I would not recommend anyone to go to an estate sale that is put on by this company. I have attended numerous sales with a pleasant experience, but this was anything but pleasant. Save yourself from a terrible experience and go to a different estate sale.
