I specialize in reclaiming unused spaces in your home and finding solutions to make them usable again. Once completed these pieces become part of the house and add permanent value. Hidden compartments can also be requested.
Another specialty is small garden furniture and structures such as sheds or saunas. They are built using traditional Japanese framing joinery to achieve seamless structure.
Every project is as unique and requires client consultation, detailed site inspection and preliminary design idea. This information can also be emailed to me as well (make sure you include lots of pictures) but I prefer to meet in person and take initial measurements if possible. Once I have this information I can give you different pricing options.
Design and shop drawings option is also available in case you have someone who can build it or if you want to do it yourself.

Sead built Hungarian shelves made out of walnut and bamboo plywood. He also built an under-the-stairs storage unit that I use as a pantry, made out of oak with a walnut trim.
This is true craftsmanship. The work is beautiful and precise. My shelf and under-the-stairs cabinets are exactly what I asked for. Sead and I took time with the design and created a contract we were both happy with. Sead gets a lot of pleasure out of this kind of work so it's easy to work with him. He works by himself and he seems to take on one job at a time.
If you have an idea for built storage that requires precision and excellent craftsmanship, this company is right for you.

Sead from LIPA is equally a master with both stone and wood. Our first experience several year ago, was LPA completing stone work in our front yard. Not a stone has shifted to this day.
At first we were skeptical to hire a mason to do our custom cabinets in our living room, but the final product was perfectly executed to our specifications and flawless after installations. WE would have loved his signature work i.e. cabinets under the the stairwell but unfortunately our house does not allow for it. Sead is very professional and straight forward and LIPA will take care of your home while the work is under way.
