About Us

OrganizedWisely, LLC does what many people find overwhelming and time consuming — organizing, de-cluttering and finding a place for everything! I start the process with a thorough assessment of your space. This assessment is an hour-long, complimentary session where we can get to know one another and evaluate the situation. What I really try to accomplish during this assessment is a getting a sense of your needs so that we can create a solution that is easy for you to practice and maintain. We’ll then work together to determine what stays and what goes in each area of your space. I’m here to offer suggestions, not to make you get rid of anything that you don’t feel ready to part with. Whether you decide to throw away, sell or donate your items, I’ll be there to offer suggestions and help you find the most suitable place to send your things. The final step is to develop a system that works for you – color coding, labeling and alphabetizing are some of the suggestions I’ll start with. If your project requires more supplies, not to worry. I’ll do the shopping for bins, drawers and more so that you don’t have to! My ultimate goal is to create systems that are tailored to meet the needs of each client. I’ll suggest solutions, encourage good habits and discourage bad ones so that you are left with an organized space and peace of mind.

Donna helped my mother with the overwhelming task of moving from independent living to assisted living. Donna has a gift for diffusing stressful moments and keeping the project moving forward. Her professionalism , organization, tactful approach/sensitivity to the delicate topic of 'downsizing' and last but not least, her sense of humor were key to a successful move. This is the second time in five years that we have relied on Donna's expertise to streamline a move. We would not hesitate to rely on her again!

We recently completed an almost year-long process of redesigning, reorganizing and renovating a major portion of our home. Donna Wise helped me plan, prepare and move everything as we lived in different parts of our house during various phases of construction. Her level head, foresight and creative ideas were invaluable and enabled us to live comfortably throughout the construction. Donna is an angel--and the most organized person in my life! She has not only presided over my parent's finances and their financial "well-being" in general, but has gone "above and beyond" finding other reliable professionals to perform work: from contractors to estate-sale planner and realtor. She has stepped in to make sure my parents' car was running properly, moved my sister in and out of state, helped relocate my mother across country--all the while getting the bill paid, the house cleaned out, the lawn watered, etc... I hired Donna Wise to help me clean out and organize my basement after receiving a referral from a friend. She offered a complimentary one hour consultation which helped get me started as she gave me an assignment to complete. She returned for a three hour appointment at which time we worked very hard and I was able to separate out items to toss, keep and donate. Donna was nothing short of awesome to work with. She came in, quickly assessed our situation, outlined a plan of attack, and then attacked it with brutal efficiency. We were amazed by how quickly our space transformed with her help. She did everything from offering ideas on where to store things, actually helping us move things around, recommendations for shelves/cabinets or other tools we should think about buying, she even brought over some things on her own that we now use daily. She even helped keep our kid's play area organized by taking and printing pictures of what was in each shelf or drawer so our little ones know where things are and (more importantly) where to put them away. Can't recommend highly enough - we'll definitely use her again in the future once we decide to attack our basement.

Loved working with your mother-in-law - she made me laugh ever time we got together! I understand that it's sometimes difficult for adult children to work with their elder parents - but I find working with seniors very gratifying.. Although these projects can't be documented in photos, I measure the success of my work by the standing appointments I have with several seniors to help administer tasks such as: sort & file incoming mail, pay bills, monitor & balance checking accounts, organize tax documents, make appointments etc..
