I have been a client of Heidi’s since 2018 and I cannot begin to explain how incredibly helpful she’s been to me in terms of organization and in general. Heidi has moved me twice now, once into a new apartment and finally into my forever home. She’s a workhorse and any time she leaves my home, my spaces are organized impeccably and in ways that make sense to me. My life has become much easier with Heidi in it! She’s warm, understanding and very gifted at her craft. I have been working with Heidi for many years. She has helped me in just about every room in my house!! From the basement toys to the bedroom closets to managing paperwork — home files, kid’s artwork and everything in between. She’s taught me so much too about how to maintain those systems when she leaves!!! Hiring POSH, a professional home organizing company and working with Heidi has been a game changer for me. After I reached out to her, she came to my home in the Seaport and had impressed me immediately with her consultation. During the consultation, she took the time to get to know me + my needs/wants...she then assessed all my rooms and formulated a meticulous plan to proceed forward. Since then, she has transformed my entire home with a new energy...everything has its certain spot, things were removed from my home (clothes, miscellaneous items) which got donated, and has made my space feel so wonderful, refreshing, relaxing. I literally love opening all my cabinets, drawers, closets and seeing how brilliantly organized everything is and has its place - not to mention, Heidi has an impeccable eye for design and aesthetics...she not just organized things that were "behind closed doors" (my closets, bathroom linens, kitchen drawers, pantry etc.) but she looked at what kind of things were visual in the space and we organized all of that too! Heidi is undeniably a life-saver. My wife and I required help moving due to my health issues (COVID Long-Hauler). We started out thinking that we could just use Heidi's help organizing our new, larger closets, but then quickly realized that Heidi's value was much much greater than purely organizing. Heidi helped us with coordination of our move, including helping with movers day-of, unpacking, organizing, interior design, the list goes on. We enjoyed working with Heidi so much during our actual move, that we've had her back multiple times since with various projects in our new home. With complete peace of mind is how we felt, leaving our home in Boston, not at all packed as we are about to move. We leave her with the keys, and she magically manages packers and movers, as we kick back at a hotel and fly out a few days later. They say money can’t buy happiness - in this case, I’d have to disagree. Heidi is extremely thorough and manages everything and everyone beautifully. This is the second time we’ve hired her - the first time we moved from Houston to Boston and she literally organized our ENTIRE home in Boston, down to the socks! Heidi relieved our home of so much disorganization! I had no idea just how unorganized we were until she explained how to organize certain foods, kitchen items, clothes, etc. Her systems are flawless and make so much sense. She turned our kitchen around from things falling on us when we opened cabinets to neatly organized and easy to find. It's such a breath of fresh air to open cabinets and easily find something now! She then went on to organize our bedroom closet and I have no idea how she created so much space but she did and it feels so clear and clean and easy to navigate now! Next up we're going to be working on some pretty big renovations to our kitchen and she's been such a great guide while we set up that plan. Can't wait to complete our project but already I'm super impressed. I cannot recommend her any higher - she's the BEST!

I hired Heidi to help me organize my kitchen after we moved to our new apartment. I couldn't believe the change her organizing made to the function of my kitchen. Her work went way beyond just making the inside of the cabinets look nice (and they really did). Suddenly there was room for everything and it was easy to find what I needed. For the first time in my life, I was proud to let guests into my kitchen (and to see the insides of my cabinets). The best part is that it is easy to maintain what she did. Her work was so exact that long after she finished the job, my kitchen is still organized just the way she left it! Even if you think you are organized (which I thought I was), she will surprise you by bringing your surroundings to a whole new level of efficiency.

Heidi has been tremendously helpful in making my prior apartment a "home" that was welcoming, beautiful and comfortable with her knowledge of feng shui. In addition, she organized my small Cambridge bedroom closet so I could see my clothes for the first time! I have continued using her recommendations through different living spaces. It was a valuable investment and I recommend her highly.

Heidi was simply amazing. Together we sorted through piles and piles of clothing and other items, and through her kind, gentle pushing and questioning, she got me to get rid of many items I'd been holding onto for years, for that day when... Some items were donated; others we consigned. The remaining items were stored and hung properly (I still think of her whenever I properly hang a pair of pants!). Professional, kind, well worth the time and money!

Heidi was a lifesaver, pulling over thirty years go chaotic filing together in a coherent system. She is highly organized and needs very little oversight. A must for anyone who needs systems and has no time.
