We love our closet! This company is accommodating beyond expectations! We worked with Jacki, the owner.... she is knowledgeable and patient. Jacki made several visits to our home to measure the space and meet with us to make sure the closet was built to perfection. The product itself is strong and sturdy. We highly recommend this company!

We have been working with Jackie and her team for the last couple of months to design the closets for our house. I really appreciate the amount of time and professionalism shown on our project and very accommodating with the changes. . I did my homework before getting SSS involved and very happy with the end results. We had a pretty decent budget and she walked us through as to what was absolutely necessary and what can wait and not very pushy. They designed each closet and storage area to maximize the space we have. If you are looking for a custom closet design for your house I would highly recommend her anytime.

Wendy was Amazing!- My wife and I recently moved into a new townhome in Morristown, NJ. We bought new construction and one of the reasons we chose our particular units is because it had two large walk-in closets (unfinished) in the Master Suite. We are both clothes freaks and have always dreamed of having fabulous closets. We brought in Wendy Scott from Sophisticated Storage Solutions, told her what we wanted and she quickly went to work. We met with her several times and spoke with her countless times. She took our needs and dreams and turned our closets into high-end show places and for a very fair price. The materials, finishes and installation process were all top-of-the-line. I feel like I have tripled the space I had and for the first time I have easy access to ALL of my clothes, shoes, belts etc. I even have room left for additional clothes! She made the process painless and fun and her design ideas were outstanding. She was extremely patient and very helpful with making difficult choices. We highly recommend asking Wendy to take a look at your space.

We hired Sophisticated Storage Solutions to design and build two walk-in closets for our master bedroom and one on our daughter's room. Wendy, the representative from SSS, was very attentive and helpful. She made the design process simple and worked within our budget. Since SSS builds most everything themselves, our closets were ready for installation within a week.

The closets are fabulous. Wendy the designer is a real pro, she listens to your needs and works with you to make sure what you want is accomplished. The workmen who install are fabulous, when they leave, everything is clean and beautiful. Doing 3 closets has made such a difference in our home. We relocated and the old closets were awful. When I look inside the new closets it is like a ray of sunshine!!! II highly recommend this company, a truly great experience.

I hired Wendy to design our Master closets (his and hers) and a guest closet along with 2 linen closets. She worked with me in designing everything I wanted and keeping cost in mind. She came back multiple times to go over the designs and help me feel comfortable with what I picked out. The installation crew was professional and quick. There were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made and they did so with no complaints quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone needing closets.

I had a very positive experience with Sophisticated Storage Solutions. We worked with Wendy to build out our master closet, and she was flexible with the design and budget. The room had been completely underutilized by the previous owner due to the steep angle of the walls. When I showed images/measurements of the room to other custom closet companies (like California Closets), they were unable to accommodate the request due to the unique shape. This was not an issue with Sophisticated Storage however! Wendy came over to complete measurements and the design was completed soon after. A few weeks later, we had it installed (which only took a few hours) and the entire room was immediately transformed! This was one of my most seamless vendor experiences I’ve had during my move/house renovation process. Definitely recommend!

I worked with Sophisticated Storage Solutions on a project several years ago & was very happy with the results. I decided to call them when faced with another project and they did not disappoint! From the first phone call to completion, everyone was professional and helpful. Pricing was very fair and the design consultant was knowledgeable, offered great advice and was very easy to work with. I love my new closets for their functionality/organization and the way the look. I would recommend SSS without hesitation. (I solicited 2 other proposals for this project., including 1 from the "well known, national closet organization company.". The well-known company consultant had a major attitude. All 3 proposals were similar in design and quality, but SSS provided the best value. The project was completed when promised & there were no budget surprises.)

Sophisticated Storage Solutions designed and installed 2 closets for us and we were extremely pleased. I was somewhat hesitant that I even needed a different organization system versus the wire shelving we had but I was proven wrong. After the new closet was installed I could find my clothes easier and the storage was much less harsh on them. The quality of the shelving is really good. We've had our closets for over 6 years and it still looks brand new. The wire shelving wasn't holding up at all. From a service standpoint, the installation was painless and the team did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Wendy and Jacki did a great job with the design. Overall we were (and still are) extremely pleased!

Sophisticated Storage Solution did our large walk-in closet, the reach-ins in both our boys' rooms, the laundry room, and a linen closet. They did a phenomenal job! It made putting things away a pleasure and finding them again effortless. They designed each closet and storage area to maximize the space we had. I was amazed at how much more I could fit in the closets while keeping things neat and tidy. When we sold our house, I am certain that the work SSS did for us increased the value of our home and made it more appealing. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future.
