“We hired Tate to figure out how to put a door into our house from the attached garage: the previous owner hadn't bothered to do that when he built the house. Tate figured it out right away, even tho we had all the wrong ideas, and had other good ideas of his own about the project. “Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“Upgrades to basement wet bar area were exceptional - a real treat to see. Great aesthetic blend of weathered iron trimming around wine racks in a Tuscan motif. Really liked the use of stone throughout the wet bar area. Definitely recommend to anyone to take a tour before building their own.”

“Global Construction just remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen for us. We are very happy with the results. Denis is an honest person who followed through and stayed involved with each of our projects. A lot of tile install, and a lot of plumbing projects. We would and will be recommending him to anyone we may know that intends to have any upgrades done. I wish I could post some pictures, as they would speak for themselves. “Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”
