“James is very methodical and cares about the quality of his work. He's a jack of all trades. We hired James and his crew to do a bunch of corrective work on the framing of our house that our framer had stuck us with during construction. He also rebuilt and installed our iron front door that had serious manufacturing defects. Additional work was framing and installation of the outdoor motorized screens on our patio, and fabrication and painting of metalwork on the front of the house. We are very pleased with the work and he earns our strong recommendation.”

“We hired Centex to replace our existing deck and install three levels of deck around a custom pool being installed by another company. A total of about 1100 sq ft, of decking. Caleb prepared an imaginative design, and helped us with material selection and budget preparation.The only cost overuns were due to change orders( expansions and additional stairs ) requested by us. We received a budget for each change order. The result is a beautiful deck and pool area which has added value to our home and provides a resort like atmosphere for our family and friends.Centex's bid was not the cheapset and not the most expensive. We would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended Caleb and Centex to several of our friends.”

“This was a whole deck and side stairs remodel and pergola construction. The whole project, from start to finish, was a great experience! Mr. Antuna showed great enthusiasm and had many ideas when he first met us which was reflected in the design of the remodel. We were very pleased with the plans he designed. This enthusiasm was carried through all areas of the project. They started demo while we were out of the continental U.S. and kept us informed of progress and sent pictures. All the carpenters and the hired electrician were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day at the end of the day. Jorge was a workhorse! He showed up early, took a short break (on-site) for lunch, and worked until dark every day they could, working around the unusually wet weather we had. The project took a little longer through no fault of their own due to weather issues and the deck railing manufacturer shipping damaged railing (which they refused to install or try to fix on site.) Our total satisfaction in every step of the project always seemed to be the end goal. I am looking forward to hiring them again for the next phase - the outdoor kitchen!”

“Consider yourself lucky to have this group for the time you hired them for. We had many items in need of upgrading, repairing and general preventative things to accomplish. Jerry showed why the plan of projects and their individual scheduling saved us thousands. A to die for arbor covered surround and gated half moon pair of swinging gates was delivered and installed a month before our twins graduated from high school. They established lighting for the grounds and so much more. If they agree to do your ideas you’ll be writing a note as we are today”
