“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“Blue Horse Building is a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and well-managed construction company that we were happy to have worked with. So happy that we've already teamed up with them again for our next project. They truly embody a team effort and mentality that strengthens the architect-contractor relationship. This project was new construction restrained by a dramatic site as the house sat at the edge of a bluff overlooking the lake. Our team fought for every inch of the footprint to provide a fully programmed house, and throughout the process, Blue Horse Building offered tactful suggestions that met our design aesthetic. With our teams' collaboration, the result was a polished, budget-conscience house that fulfilled our clients' wishes. We look forward to the next project with Blue Horse.”

“After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. The pre-plan meetings with my family were very well handled. The final product and followup was very professional. I couldn't be happier with the home.”

“We were familiar with Bradshaw Designs and their reputation here in San Antonio and contacted them about a make-over for our 24 year old master bath. Julie and her assistant Lindsay put a great amount of thought and effort into creating a design for our bath room and even presented us with drawings to give us options for the completed look. They were very perceptive in coordinating their suggestions to blend with the style and decor of our home to be sure the bathrooom design would be a harmonious addition. It was easy to fall in love with their suggestions for colors, lighting, tile, marble, wallpaper and beautiful mirrors! Bradshaw designs worked well with us and our contractor Wm. J. McCarthy,Jr. in a timely fashion. The project was finished on time and on budget and truly exceeded our expectations! Julie presented us with a beautiful book showing before, during, and after pictures which was a special added touch. We are thoroughly enjoying our new "spa" bath and would highly recommend Julie and Bradshaw designs!”
