I've been the consulting landscape architect for a number of new residences for West Valley Ventures and have been impressed by both their professionalism and the quality of the projects they deliver. Our firm has been approached by many real estate developers over the years to serve as their architect. Generally, we've been very selective in whom we opt to work with, knowing from direct experience that many developers favor cost savings over design quality. Their typical project features a level of amenity and design quality more often seen in high-end custom than spec homes. West Valley Ventures is known for delivering open, light filled roof plans on spacious quarter acre or larger sites, usually with fully equipped basement, often finished off with a gorgeous lap pool and lush mature landscaping. Finishes are high end as well, and executed by the finest local builders. As a design-first firm, we seek to align ourselves with like-minded colleagues. WWV has assembled many professional and skillful team members to execute their residential projects. They are knowledgeable, timely, honest and keep everyone up to date on their progress. I have participated in 50 plus projects over the last 8 years and have been extremely happy with their performance and execution. Their finished products are always beautiful and well conceived. I would give 6 stars if I could.
