“Yohe Architecture was great to work with. Charlie listened to us and continually reflected our needs in his designs. He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. We love our new space and how it functions for us and also feels like such a retreat! This is mostly due to Yohe Architecture's involvement. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I contacted Jason based on a recommendation by our Son; because we decided to have our screened-in porch converted into a Sun Room. After meeting Jason and receiving his very reasonable estimate, we arranged for him to do our renovation. His work is superior as well as the persons he sub-contracts to for electrical installation, etc. Most impressive is that they all cleaned their work area after each work day. We are thrilled with our new Sun Room and recommend J. Anderson Contracting without reservation.”

“We have lived in a Nationwide home with a superior wall foundation for 27 years. We built our home in 1992. It is an excellent quality structure and was a pleasure to design. From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. “Steve Tatios from tatcor.com is first of all a gentleman who spent hours discussing my project before I even hired him. His ideas and dedication to detail was what I was looking for. In addition, I needed someone to design, draw and then take the project to completion. The work was outstanding in quality and detail. Anything we wanted to change or tweak, he was more than willing to do. The final project gets the "oohs and aahs" from friends one would hope for and our new basement is now the most fun and inviting part of the house. Multiple parts of the project were somewhat "out of the box" and Steve took to researching and handling the project. I highly recommend Tatcor.com. It is like a gourmet meal. It takes a few extra days but it is perfect when done.”
