“I have worked with Nancy from Curtains Boutique for many years! She has done an excellent job in helping me decide what blinds and/or window treatments would work best in my homes. She handled all the windows in my home as well as my summer home. With each home having its own distinct decorating style, Nancy was able to deliver beautiful blinds and window treatments in each that fit each homes unique style perfectly!! I am never disappointed in their work. The professionalism of the company is top notch. The quality of anything I have ever ordered is beyond compare and to top it all off the installer for the company is probably the best in the business. I would highly recommend Curtains Boutique!!! She's so creative but she really listens to my tastes (and budget) and makes recommendations based on that. The quality of her work is impeccable; believe it or not, I have curtains in my bedroom that she made twenty years ago and they still look like new! I worked with her first in 1994 and have had her do other projects every few years since then.”

“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“Yumi came highly recommended through a designer. Custom window treatments are an investment, and Yumi was my spiritual guide. Yes, she is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, thorough and responsive. And she will remind you to consider stuff you hadn't thought through, like how the shades will look from the outside, or how often you have to clean drapes. Two thumbs up.”
