“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough!
