This company was one of the worst I've dealt with over the years. I decided to put composite countertops in a kitchen. Simple job but it took them over 6 weeks to get their act together and then they cancelled not once but twice before a final date to install was determined. Keep in mind they came out and spent several hours measuring. The install date came and due to unforeseen plumbing problems at the sink I wasn't ready for them. They said they were done working with me (I'd already paid up front thousands of dollars in material/installation) and demanded an upfront surcharge of $500. (This was a $1,000 job). I declined to continue with them and did the install myself. Installation is not rocket science. You get a tape and measure twice, make the cuts and there you go. Blanco refused to refund any portion of the total price despite never showing up for the install. One more problem - their measurements were wrong. One section was an inch too wide. The backsplash they had was 1 ½" too short and necessitated my fabricating an additional piece. Beware Blanco. I'll never be using them again. You shouldn't either.

Had Blanco do granite counter tops for my kitchen remodel. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Step one was for my Wife and i to select the material for our counter tops. We chose granite but Christy had many other materials to look consider. Her and her teams experience was a great help in the decision making process Once we had material and after the cabinets were in place the kitchen was digitally measured with a laser based tool that provide exceptionally precise sizing that accounted for a less than perfectly square kitchen. Once they had material and measurements they built (cut and finished) our counters. Installation tool a few hours. The install team was friendly, professional and left the kitchen clean. They made sure before leaving that everything met my expectations.

I had Blan-Co replace my kitchen countertops with beautiful deep blue metallic marble tops. They were very professional and the work was done on time and with excellent results. I could not be happier with how they turned out. The price was reasonable as well. Great people to work with.
