I had the very best experience working with Brinson Custom Tile. The skill set and workmanship of Les Brinson and his team is outstanding and is evident by the excellent quality of work they produce. I contacted Les Brinson in January 2022, via Facebook, to inquire about a bathroom remodel. Les immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see my bathroom, discuss my vision for remodel, and to discuss the next steps. That same day, he sent me a detailed estimate, and the work began in March. I have never worked with a contractor who has been so true to their word and one who works hard to help you save money. He guided me on numerous occasions when I needed help selecting tile and other materials, and during the actual remodel. He and his team were always prompt, worked smart, made the best use of their time while on the job, and stayed within the estimated timeframe of completion. They were also very neat and took great measures to protect my hardwood floors, furniture, etc. Les and his team were always very helpful, polite, and professional. Every time I texted or called him with questions, he responded very quickly. I also want to shout out to Luke, who worked very closely with Les, to ensure the job was done to perfection. We purchased our home 6 years ago and I have wanted to remodel our master bathroom since. We have had small jobs done by other contractors and it was a disaster. I am very picky about details especially small ones. Les was very patient and his primary focus was that I was happy and making my vision a reality. I cannot say enough about him and his crew. We contracted Brinson Custom Tile for our master bathroom remodel, which we aptly themed "Rustic Farmhouse Spa". Upgrading from our original 1992 bathroom to 2021 was quite the challenge. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the boys' new bathroom I saw Les' work from another FB friend, sent him a message and he replied within 15 minutes. We setup a time for him to come by and give me an estimate. He sent the quote to me within 2 days. He helped me every step of the way when it came to picking out the tile, tub, and other supplies. Les has done an outstanding job on our outdoor kitchen. It is everything we hoped it would be. He also tiled our countertops in our garage and they are beautiful. Will post pictures once granite is in and the appliance are installed. Amazing work. He pays such attention to detail. We will use him for all our tile needs. He is not only very professional , he treats your job just like it is his house.
