We ordered new cabinets and counters with Creative. We could not be happier with the end result. We were shown many options at different price points. This helped my wife and i make the selections within a budget that we were comfortable with. Beautiful showroom and amazing stone yard. Creative Countertops in Englewood, Ohio was hired by our kitchen & bath supplier to fabricate and install granite countertops in the kitchen of our new-construction home. Our personal experience with Creative Countertops was awful. Installation was done very poorly, and they refused to fix a major issue. They left us with sloppy, shiny smears of caulk on our walls over a half-inch above the backsplashes and we had to repaint our newly-painted walls. But even worse, they left us with a rough, jagged seam that was discolored, VERY visible, and looked terrible. There was also a shiny, wavy residue that would not clean up all along both sides of the seam and it was very visible as well. We ended up needing to have another company do the repair work because Creative Countertops refused to do it, and this additional cost for us was over $2,500. Our kitchen countertops now look beautiful, NO thanks to Creative Countertops. This review is solely reflective of our personal experience with Creative Countertops and contains our opinions based on the work they performed at our new-construction home.
