Discover Granite & Marble

This was our second experience with Discover Granite. Upon entering the store, we were professionally greeted again by Ms. Dutchess. She was pleased to see us return for our next project. Ms. Dutchess was very helpful in selecting a Cambria Quartz top for our new pantry cabinet. The store was out of the original type that we selected for a small ledge. She (Ms. Dutchess) was able to find a beautiful color comparable to our ledge top. Would very highly recommend them for your project(s). I selected a light colored granite for our kitchen counter tops. Discover Granite provided a sample so I could assure that the color of my new island cabinets would compliment the colors in the granite. I made an appointment to layout all the counters on the slab and when I arrived for that, I noticed that my vision of the layout did not agree with that of the company. The computer specialist who had done the work quickly met with me to arrive at a very pleasing layout. After the installation I noticed some water marks on the granite when I placed a wet dish next to my sink onto the counter. Although I had emailed a picture of the wet mark to Discover, they sent someone out to check on the issue in person. They took measurements for a bathroom vanity counter during the visit to my house, and applied a great sealant to the kitchen granite when they returned for that second installation. Well done, two projects accomplished!

We needed a small counter top for our very small laundry room. We went in and chose a beautiful piece of Quartz. The piece was fabricated and installed within a few days. The installers were and did a great job. We are very happy with our small project!!!

Duchess in the Manassas store was a terrific help and worked with me on keeping within my budget. She scheduled installation within a week. Delightful employee( female whose name I don’t recall) came to measure. Installed bathroom vanity top looks great. I was surprised that they were unable to complete the threshold job. They installed it against bathroom tile( and it is marvelous!) but said they did not know how to finish securing carpet from hall that butted up to other side of threshold. We had to recall tile person who knew how to do carpet finishing.

My first experience with granite was great. Their expert staff guided us throughout the project. Installation went very smoothly, the installers were very professional. We would highly recommend.

Joseph was great and very helpful. I had special order a threshold for my shower entrance, the workmanship was beautiful. I will definitely be back there again for any marble or granite work I need.

Discover Granite installed our white quartz last week and did an awesome job. They set up the installation within a week of the order. The quartz was installed in two pieces without any seams. There was a slight problem with some spots on one end that looked like rust but they came out and fixed the problem immediately after us contacting them. We felt that the price was very fair.

We have used Discover Granite for installing granite countertops several times in our houses. They provided prompt services to measure the job, to fabricate the countertop, and to install them. Additional, they were so knowledgeable about the products that they were able to guide us on several color options that allowed us to achieve the look we wanted but to stay in our price range. I can recommend this company highly.
