Granite Imports

I've used Granite Imports twice now. I recently completed my modern kitchen remodel, and I could not be happier with the result. I used a beautiful carrara marble for the countertops. Granite Imports has an enormous inventory of granite, marble, and other hard surface slabs - from affordable to very high-end. You can spend hours perusing their warehouse. They have affordable pricing and put me in touch with a great fabricator/installer. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent value for their project.

We’ve now used Granite Imports (GI) on three separate home renovation projects dating back to when Austin first opened the business. Our first, a total kitchen redo, involved granite countertops with backsplash. The material inventory was outstanding and GI had just the right stone to match our cabinets, appliances and flooring. GI recommended a great fabricator and the stone was installed in less than a week. The second, a multiple bathroom refresh, involved just the granite countertops. What was great here was that GI had a large selection of 1/2 slabs and vanity-sized pieces for every small top we needed. The price and product quality were great. Lastly, we just finished (in 2015) a complete home remodel including a popped-top with a new addition and basement. This 4,000 sq ft home received new granite, marble and quartz surfaces everywhere, including a stunning black granite fireplace hearth. The stone selection for this 1939 home was aided by the staff at GI using their knowledge of where certain materials would work best considering the environment and which finishes should be applied. And my dealings with Tim (in sales) and Jody (in admin) were terrific. Every phone call and email was promptly returned and answered. Finally, when we build our retirement home on the Western Slope of Colorado we’ll call upon GI again using their store in Grand Junction for all our material. Why look anywhere else when we’ve had such a great experience with Austin and his staff at Granite Imports.

Granite Imports has an abundant variety of granite to choose from. The granite is displayed for easy viewing in a big, comfortable warehouse. Eric's knowledge about the granite and incorporating it into your house project is extremely helpful.

Their selection is amazing and so is the staff. They're very knowledgeable about each type of stone and helpful with suggestions on how to pick out the stone. I love our marble that we got for our kitchen. It's beautiful and we get so many compliments on it. I recommend Granite Imports to all of our friends!

I wanted granite counters for years and finally went for it, after I saw how beautiful my sister's kitchen looked using Granite Imports. My husband and I had a very informative tour of the "showroom" with granite ~ inside and outside. We learned about all the minerals and colors of each slab we liked and were totally impressed with the huge selection and how patient the man was with all our questions. We returned a few more times to narrow down our selections and are very pleased with our final decision. The slab was large enough to also use for a small bathroom counter. A number of friends have used Granite Imports as well, and everyone is pleased with their granite, the customer service offered and the beautiful results we enjoy daily at our house.
