Granite Worx/Graniteworx

My builder used them. Horrible!!! I picked out my slab months before to secure the specific slab and price. I also told them I wanted to see it before they cut it. None of that happened. They installed a different slab that did not match my backsplash. Now I'm stuck with a kitchen counter in my custom home that I did not want! My builder , my cabinet maker, and I had sent them emails telling them that I wanted to select the slabs before they cut anything. Someone signed off that I approved the granite. It was not I nor my builder. They would only replace the counter at my expense!

Very easy dealing with sales and the 3 installers that did the work were knowledgeable answered my questions and did a great job cleaning up

We were referred to this company by Rona to install counter tops. The company called to book appointment for the measurement. We waited, the person didn’t showed up two hours late. Installer showed up on the day of installing the counter tops and toled us that they cannot remove the old counter tops, so my husband had to remove them, once that was done, they couldn’t install them because the measurements was wrong. What a joke. This company is not reliable, I left massages to Rona and GRANITEWORX and Service manger is out on a personal business.we will not recommend using this horrible company.

Shannon with Granite Worx is nothing short of amazing! Her team of installers were very careful when bringing the granite into our house. The installer ensured we knew how to care for our granite and didn't leave until we were satisfied. We have recently called on them to do more work in our house and have been equally impressed. I have no hesitations recommending them to anyone! Keep up the great work!

I've worked with Ken for the past 7 years and he is always a pleasure to work with. During our most recent project we've been putting together a contemporary transitional kitchen that is turning out beautifully. The red quartz countertop on the movable island is very striking. I needed to find a granite company that would accommodate my tight schedule with my full house renovation and Graniteworx was an excellent pick. Not only did they provide me with excellent and on time service but they were very professional and easy to work with. They transformed my old countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms into modern and updated works of art. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. They also have a very reputable contractor that was able to tear out my old countertops as well as add my backsplash at a reasonable price.

Our new kitchen countertops came from Graniteworx. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The staff were professional, the time frames provided were kept, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding! We chose Caesarstone Nouget 6600 (quartz) for our countertop. We also had a small bay window sill counter in the kitchen that we had hoped could be done in the same quartz, but in 5/8” thickness (countertops are 1¼”). Other firms had indicated that this would be impossible or very expensive. Graniteworx provided us with a very competitive bid that also included the window sill. A concern of ours going in was the potential visibility of any required seams. Our installation required two – both were done so professionally that they are barely perceptible. Guests have difficulty finding the seams! During the installation, the installers had my husband and I check for sharp spots and roughness around the full perimeter of the countertop. These were immediately smoothed. The crew polished and shined the countertops, cleaned up all products and waste that they created, and left our home in good order. We would highly recommend the installation crew, Dorel, Chris and Ian; Lumi, who took great care in doing the measuring, and Ken in sales who guided us and provided great advice!

We used Granite Worx for granite in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We were surprised at how quick the quote was prepared while we waited. Everyone that we dealt with from Granite Worx was courteous, polite and professional. The trades who entered our home made every effort to keep everything and every area they entered clean and dust free! The job was completed within a 3 week time frame from the first day we entered the showroom. 100% excellence is how we would describe the result and the experience with Graniteworx!

We used granite worx as a rona contractor. We went to look at their samples upon ronas advice in the show room. no one in the show room when we arrived and treated with some suspicion when staff showed up. But when we went to the production office to pick out our slab we had great informative staff. In house they came when agreed upon were friendly and worked efficiently. We had a couple small touch ups that they came sms took care of within the week. Good workmanship and craftsmen but our show room experience lacked something
