I spent a few months shopping for a provider of granite countertop. I had specs on the quality I wanted and my budget. They provided me with my needs. They had the best selection, and an excellent price. And they guided me on the best selection to fit my specific needs. Advice was right on. Customer service was excellent. All my needs and concerns were taken care of by staff. When it was time to do my backsplash, I didn't even consider anyone else; I went with their suggestion, and once more, the price and service were excellent.

We had a FABULOUS experience with Hilton's Flooring. We needed new flooring as part of a major home remodel project. Kateri introduced us to Karndean Designflooring. It was exactly what we needed. It looks incredible, is amazingly durable, and has perhaps the best residential warranty in the industry. We chose the Art Select Dawn Oak style (HC01) and are thrilled with it! Hilton's installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional. In fact they discovered a problem that required additional time for a proper installation and they completely took care of it. After the floor had been down for a couple of weeks, they returned to take care of a few panels that needed to be repaired. We were totally impressed with the entire experience. Every guest that comes to our home remarks about how beautiful the floor is, and we recommend Hilton's Flooring without hesitation.

They installed wood flooring for me & the product & installation far exceeded my expectation. I also bought all my bathroom tile and Karndean for a bathroom remodel prior. I drove myself crazy on the bathroom by changing my mind many times & they never flinched with my indecision. I was a small job and they treated me like I was the most important person who ever walked through the door. It's the kind of service you get at Hilton's. I will never go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed! I wish I could find other businesses with this type of quality and service for all the other areas of my life.
