Had problems at installation now 18 months later new sink they installed falls into cabinet. They used nothing to secure the sink. The brand new faucet they installed also leaks, it leaked at installation. Asked them to fix it said it’s my problem and without even looking at the faucet said oh it’s a bad faucet not our problem. They had measured wrong and cut my slab wrong. Sink wouldn’t fit at first. Highly encourage you to go with a contractor that stands by their work. I’ll be pursing with the ROC and small claims.

Nothing but great things to say about working with Mirage to install our kitchen counters. Their prices are more than fair for the kind of work they do. BJ was always pretty quick get us on schedule from the estimate to the template and installation. The day of installation the guys showed up within scheduled time and were very friendly and professional. They were quick and precise but never in a hurry to just get it over with to get to the next installation. I also chose to go with their plumber who was more than willing and able to work with some issues that arose during faucet and drain installation, which was one of my concerns thinking I might have gotten myself in trouble picking too deep if a sink, but he knew what he as doing and made it work! Thank goodness for Victor!

Very pleasant experience. BJ, the owner, and his crew are professionals and they extend themselves to please the customer. They fabricated the granite for a bar in our great room and the job was a difficult one due to the many cuts. They did a fantastic job and I will recommend them to my friends. I acquired several bids for the job and I am very glad we went with Mirage. I will definitely call upon them again when I need more granite or marble work!

Had our kitchen remodeled and used Mirage to do our countertops. They did an excellent job with the fabrication and install and were reasonably priced. They worked with us to get the specific quartz product from AZ Tile and were very accommodating with timeline for install. When Chip came out to do the initial measurements, he recommended some trades for cabinet install, backsplash, and tile work that we were going to need done as part of the overall remodel. Everyone he recommended that we used were professional and detailed in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Sergio was great at install, and the whole process went smoothly. Great company!

I used Mirage Marble and Granite to create and install countertops for my kitchen and two bathrooms. Their craftmanship is beautiful and they do a wonderful job from start to finish. They coordinate everything flawlessly and are true professionals who take pride in the work they do. They are on time, have great manners and clean everything up before they leave. I will never use anyone else to do my countertops. I highly recommend them for all your counter needs.

From the initial phone call , measuring, price, template, follow-through and installation, BJ is true to his word. His crew hit the ground running and arrived on time, well a little early actually. They all worked and did not stop until the job was complete. Great job by all! Love that they have sinks and bring a plumber! Oh and the sinks are outstanding! I love the large kitchen sink. The rectangle sinks for the bath are perfect! It is nice doing business with people you can trust and that do quality work! Highly recommend

I highly recommend using Mirage Marble and Granite for all your granite needs. They replaced an existing vanity top in my master bathroom and we are very pleased with the results. BJ came out to measure, and Sergio and team came a week later to install. Sergio was extremely nice and polite. The team was quiet, efficient, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. BJ gave us a great price - high quality granite.

The tile work in the kitchen backsplash was intricate. Vasyl did an outstanding job. The budget we discussed in advance was exactly what was quoted at the beginning. I thought Customer Service was a lost art. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was outstanding. My photos did not do the tile work justice, so they are not included.
