Proctor Marble & Granite

The worst. After weeks we cannot get the water staining off our shower floor and we are afraid to start using the rest of the bathroom. Mr Proctor referred me to an article that he did not provide or bring to our meeting. He answered all of my questions with "read the article...". He also condescendly offered, "Marble is tricky..". He suggested we recover the floor with another material and/or put down rugs. So beware. He's been paid, our materials are ruined, and he took zero responsibility for a terrible outcome.
